When buying a home it is very important to do your due diligence. You have to do the tests before you buy the house, if you want to cancel if it doesn’t pass. Performing these tests is done at the expense of the buyer. It costs extra money.

Doing the due diligence responsibility is the job of the buyer, not the realtor.
