		<description>I have had a small home for years (less than 1,000 square feet) and when I first decided to downsize from my much larger home people actually questioned my judgement. Now, the tables have turned and I am considered trendy or &quot;green&quot;... it&#039;s just funny how things change.
Really, I just wanted something that was affordable and could fit my family.</description>
