Paden is starting this year out with a bang! He has been top agent of 2023 for Cornerstone Real Estate Professionals - South Ogden so far! When he was asked to describe himself he said he is an outdoorsy, honest, kind, simple man and we can all agree with that! Paden is an all in one kind of guy from construction worker, fisherman, youtuber ;), and real estate agent. He got married June of 2022 to his beautiful wife Baylee Fairbanks who recently became a Real Estate agent as well! They have two Labradors, Bo and Lucky. Paden just finished flipping a house with Baylee and is already looking forward to the next one! His favorite thing to do is go fishing and his favorite part about Utah is its diverse landscape. If he could learn to do anything it would be to learn the piano. His favorite design trend at the moment is the wireless faucets and his favorite part of being a real estate agent is that “he can work as hard as he wants and no one can get in his way!” Paden is licensed in Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming.
